No Returns Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, Briks does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered and accepted.

This policy helps us maintain strict quality, hygiene, and safety standards, as we cannot verify how products are handled or stored after delivery.

By purchasing from Briks, you acknowledge and accept this no-return policy.
Exceptions

If you receive a damaged, defective, or tampered package:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of:
    1. The outer packaging
    2. The shipping label
    3. The product received
  • Email all details along with your order number to: support@briks.life


If visible damage is noticed at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the package.


Incorrect Product Received

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share your order number and clear photos of the received item

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to receive the order, you may refuse delivery at the time it arrives by marking the package as: “REFUSED — RETURN TO SENDER”

Please ensure the package is unopened and undamaged.

Refund Process

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after review and approval.
